Take your original USB cord and then connect your Itel P40+ to the computer. When the Itel P40+ device is connected, click on “Android” from the two tabs > click “Start”

2.7 Factory reset

If none of the above methods worked for you, the last resort you are left with is a factory reset. This method will wipe everything from your device and make it function like normal.
